The Temple Tiger : Jim Corbett

The main story of this book is about a tiger that had made the vicinity of a temple his hunting ground. Unlike it may sound, the temple tiger was never a man-eater but found a appetite for cattle. After several attempts to shoot him, Jim Corbett develops a sense of admiration for the animal, that had come so close to its death but miracilously escaped the bullet.
